StayWell Hospitality Group has a portfolio of 27 properties with a strong development pipeline and currently operates two high profile hotel and apartment style brands, Park Regis and Leisure Inn
We are searching for an innovative, flexible, hardworking Guest Service Agent to become part of the professional Front Office team at both Park Regis City Centre Sydney and Leisure Inn Sydney Central.

Primary Function
The Guest Services Agent will assist the Front Office Manager with the co-ordination and operation of the Front Office and other areas to ensure quality service is provided to all guests. The GSA will assist with all administrative functions within the department.
Accountabilities
1. Ensure that the StayWell Hospitality Group standards are understood and upheld;
2. Ensure total confidentiality of all guest information held within the Front Office Department;
3. Ensure that all day to day guest and team member issues are dealt with in a professional and caring manner, in order to maximise guest satisfaction.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Perform check in and check out of guests;
Assist with guest enquiries and requests, and communicate any requests to other hotel departments as required, in a professional and timely manner;
Adhere to the Group’s Front Office policies and procedures and any other relevant operational policies and procedures;
Carry out banking procedures or any other Front Office process as required for the department or as instructed by the Hotel Manager;
Promote the StayWell Rewards loyalty program to guests and encourage feedback from guests;
Liaise with external contractors/suppliers ensuring that the external contractor policies and procedures are followed;
Ensure that all filing, correspondence, and paperwork is completed in a timely manner;
Attend any training courses as and when required;
Attend and participate in departmental and communication meetings.
OH&S; and Risk Management
Apply safe work practices and attend staff training in occupational health and safety procedures;
Follow safe work procedures as required by hotel management and SWHG safety standards.
