CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ALL ROUNDER

We are a Sydney CBD-based accounting firm with a young team and a progressive mindset. We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented receptionist with a cheerful disposition and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls
Meet and greet visitors
Manage meeting rooms
Process incoming and outgoing mail and organise couriers
Organise catering
Liaise with building management and suppliers
Data entry

Key Requirements
Great people skills
Strong organisational skills
Acute attention to detail
Proactive, positive attitude
Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong customer focus who shows initiative and is willing to pitch in where required. Would suit a recent or soon-to-be Business Administration graduate.
