AGED CARE & DISABILITY WORKER
Ternary has a number of partnerships with the Aged Care and Healthcare sector, we are seeking suitable candidates who are trained and experienced for current vacancies.
We have current vacancies across the Metro Sydney Region.

Requirements for Qualified and Experienced Workers:
– Certificate III in Aged Care (individual Support) with demonstrated experience in a similar role
– Current First Aid Certificate
– Good level of communication skills (written and verbal)
– An availability to work a variety of shifts (including weekends)
– Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team
– Empathy, compassion & understanding of older people; and
– A want to work with the elderly.
