Applications are now invited for the Permanent position of Manager, Management Accounting, within the Finance division, Coniston.
Reporting to the Financial Controller this role is responsible for all Management Accounting and Project Accounting within Pillar. This includes the management of the budgeting process and preparation of various management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Actively building and maintaining strong relationships within the business, and partnering with cross-functional teams throughout the organisation.
Within the role of Manager, Management Accounting, you will deliver results by preparing accurate monthly management reports and distribute to the management team, including insightful variance analysis and concise explanation of company performance, along with identifying areas for improved financial results.
Using your ability to influence & negotiate you will facilitate the annual budget process, and quarterly forecast revisions. You will collaborate with the business to monitor budget adherence and ensure proper financial decision-making.
Your financial expertise will see you provide and maintain the project accounting methodologies and processes. This will include reviewing all projects prior to approval to ensure they meet the required rate of return or profit margins and ensuring financial controls, disciplines and reviews are adhered to.
