You will be responsible for providing an advanced standard of assessments in our facilities, implement appropriate directives for ongoing care and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. The role will also be responsible in providing multidisciplinary clinical expertise, mentoring and support to other therapists and supervision of less experienced therapists. W&L is offering a $10,000 bonus paid in quarterly installments over your first year in support of your relocation where eligible.

In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Accountability for all aspects of your work load
Respond to and support other therapists in managing complex client needs
Motivate, mentor and develop a clinical team including maintaining regular contact with team members
Opportunity savvy, ability to identify opportunities to support client needs at the local level inclusive of identifying other W&L services that may improve W&L’s clients service delivery objectives
Demonstrate flexibility to ensure clients and operational needs are met including floating between residential sites when required
Desired Skills & Experience:
Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
3+ years clinical physiotherapy experience
Current National Police Clearance valid for Aged Care and Vulnerable People
Ability to work independently and willingness to work with others to achieve best outcomes for clients and residents
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
Strong customer service focus
Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Personal integrity and respect for confidential information
Sense of urgency; ability to assess and meet priorities in a timely manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility in particular availability to ‘float’ to meet client needs
High-level oral and written communications skills
Excellent work ethic, energy, passion and commitment
