We’re looking for a part time Customer Excellence Manager to join the team at Shedd.

Shedd is a fashion marketplace that allows people to sell their fashion items, whether it’s an unused pair of shoes that just didn’t fit, or a new caftan from an up-and-coming designer. We’re young, we’re hungry, we already have a global footprint and we’re continuing to grow.

We are on the hunt for a graduate who is fast, open, curious, innovative, can work autonomously and is keen to take his or her first step onto the career ladder!

As Customer Excellence Manager, you’ll be responsible for the management, development and sustainability of Shedd Customer Excellence division (with the guidance of Shedd’s Brand Manager). You’ll run the day-to-day communication with users and ensure moderation is aligned to our brand values.

The hours are flexible and we can fit around your studies.
