The Company

The brainchild of a frazzled GP, our client is a fast growing Australian software startup with their medical software already in use by more than a fifth of medical practitioners in Australia since it hit the market only a few years ago.

The market presence they have gained in the last few years has been accomplished with a tight-knit but dedicated team, and now that they have gained real traction in the market the time has come to grow the sales team by bringing on another results driven sales professional to join their small team.

The Role

A natural rapport builder your day to day role will involve identifying, qualifying, nurturing and securing opportunities with medical practices throughout Victoria and demonstrating to them the benefits of our client's SaaS-based solution. This is an organisation that doesn't believe in micromanagement (just results) and you will be rewarded for your skills here with a lucrative and uncapped commission structure. In addition, with plans to double the sales head count in the next 6 months there will also be a need to scale the team which could see you move in a position of greater responsibility if you are the right person.

You

Sales experience (1 year minimum)
Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets/KPIs
Initiative and the ability to think outside the box
Collaborative, team player
