A successful in-home provider who tailors services to the Aged/Home Care sector in Sydney and continue to extend its offering through partnering with various allied health services across Metro Sydney is requiring staff due to business growth.
Their focus is to care for our clients in a holistic manner, with a key focus on enabling them to continue to live a fulfilling life whilst living at home. Priding themselves on providing a service that is second to none, where passion, respect, a client-centred approach and focus on 'quality of life' are at the forefront of everything we do.
About the role:
Currently looking for new additions to our team who share our company values and philosophies of client care. We presently have room for a number of superstars!
Details outlined below:
- Own vehicle and driver's license
- Must have a current and clear police check
- Must hold a Certificate III (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification or relevant industry experience
- Shifts available between 1 hour - 4 hours
- Day vary depending on the clients.
Job roles include:
- Light domestic work
- Light meal preparation
- Personal care
- Transportation and escorting
- Companion care
The successful applicants will be passionate about care, have experience in delivering services in-the-home who have excellent communication and customer service skills.
A requirement to have a smartphone with up-to-date software, allowing the successful applicants to access care plans, shift information via a specifically built mobile app. An online care plan, rostering and time sheet system requires candidates to have access to an Android or iPhone smartphone.
