Part Time Community Managers Wanted for Growing Wellness Start Up!
Avaana is an innovative, Melbourne-based health and wellbeing platform – the first of its kind in Australia! We are looking for like-minded health, wellness and fitness enthusiasts to join our team.
As an Avaana Community Manager, you will be responsible for stakeholder acquisition and ongoing relationship management.
Avaana Community Managers are:
quick learners and go-getters
either health, wellness or fitness enthusiasts, or have some interest in/exposure to these industries
committed to working a minimum of 8-10 hours per week
familiar with Victorian suburbs or have in-depth local area knowledge
able to work well autonomously with little to no supervision and appreciate flexible working conditions
the first point of contact for key stakeholders, so they have great written and oral communication skills
able to work at home in a quiet space with no distractions or interruptions and have a stable internet connection
able to comply with internal processes and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
comfortable using the internet and are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, G Suite (gmail) and other software packages
well versed in using social media (in particular, facebook and instagram), often having managed such accounts
confident cold/warm calling stakeholders and arranging meetings as required. Experience in a similar role is valued, but not essential
In addition to the above, it is ideal that our Community Managers have their own mode of transport to utilise on an as needed basis.
