his is an exciting role for a strong digital marketer who wants to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a fin-tech company with a strong purpose and value proposition.
To join us you will have:
3+ years in a hands-on digital marketing role with a strong focus on lead generation, reportable results and ROI
A robust understanding of growth marketing
A creative but data-driven approach to lead generation
Demonstrated ability to manage Google analytics and set website metrics
Data analytics and A/B testing
Social media and community management including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and
others as required
Customer journey development through UX & UI
Digital marketing expertise – SEM and SEO, remarketing etc.
Positive, roll up your sleeves cando attitude with focus on results
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to communicate with all stakeholders from customers to investors to peers
Key success indicators:
Growth – measured in number of leads, number of conversions, and value of deals. These will be mainly delivered through:
Working with a PR agency to drive brand recognition and lead generation
Assisting in the delivery of affinity programs and partnerships
A comprehensive content marketing strategy and the creation of valuable content for social media, blogs, eDMs and web content
SEO and SEM
Consistent brand and customer experience – you will be the brand champion and work with the Founders to develop and deliver a consistent customer experience.
