MAIL ROOM ASSISTANT - TEMP POSITION (FULL TIME HOURS TILL JUNE 2017)

Our client is a national, well known health insurer based in the Sydney CBD. We are currently seeking a hardworking, dedicated office junior that is team orientated and looking for a long term, stable opportunity as a Mailroom Assistant.

This role would see you:
• Opening and sorting high volumes of mail, including claims, medical certificates, invoices, application and payment forms
• Document preparation and identification
• Scanning documents and batching into groups
• Use inhouse software to index & track document numbers
• Operate scanning and insertion machines on a rotating basis
• Meet individual daily KPIs and team targets
• Data entry
• Internal customer service
To be considered, you must:
• Have a can do attitude
• High interpersonal skills with the ability to hold a conversion with executives
• Be able to work on your feet all day, with light to heavy lifting involved
• Have immediate availability for interview and start
