Applications are now invited for the permanent part time position of Customer Service Officer, within the Operations division, Coniston.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Manager, this role is responsible for answering inquiries from Pillar’s customers and promptly providing them with accurate information required, or referring them to a higher level if required.
Key Skills & Experience
Demonstrated ability to uphold and support Pillar’s organisational Vision, Mission and Values
Proven experience in the Superannuation industry, gained over at least a two-year period
Extensive experience in handling high work volumes, preferably gained in a customer service, call centre or similar environment
Capacity to meet specified performance standards
Good customer service skills both written and telephone, and capacity to promptly respond to member inquiries
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills and the capacity speak clearly with good diction
Excellent attention to detail by demonstrating a tendency toward thoroughness in pursuit of a solution and the ability to follow-up and finalise matters
Capacity to work collaboratively and in a team environment
Computer literacy and capacity to use online information systems, good keyboard skills
Commitment and capacity to implement EEO, WH&S, ethical practices and cultural diversity policies and practices.
