Redcat is a specialist provider of fully integrated Point of Sale (POS) and business management solutions that cater to the needs of the many different businesses within the hospitality industry. We are looking to add an additional member to our Operations team.

As a POS Client Services Consultant, you will working within the operations team that looks after the implementation of new customers that incorporates installation & set up of hardware and training of customer. The other key function is to assist in servicing existing customers.

We are looking for an individual has an interest in technology and wants to learn more. Being that the majority of our customers are within the hospitality industry, any hospitality experience would be and advantage.

The role though is diverse and interesting role that's not 100% technical but certainly incorporates a mix of technical and customer service challenges.

The company also has a great culture. Friendly, casual, relaxed, though still very professional. All conveniently located in Surry Hills.

We are keen to hear from candidates with a background in hospitality with some technical expertise, perhaps a tafe certificate.
