CASUAL CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER

REVIVA FIRST AID TRAINING,

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, your responsibility as the Client Services Officer will be managing student records and general operational record keeping. This role involves the coordination and management of student records in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Working from Re:VIVA’s head office in Alexandria, the Client Services Officer is to coordinate the processes and mechanisms to provide all client information regarding the training, assessment and support services provided by Re:VIVA as well as providing information about student rights and obligations. The Client Services Officer is also responsible for booking training venues.

Main responsibilities, tasks and duties

Support training activities
• Telephone enquiries
• Respond to emails on a daily basis
• Data Entry

Support operational activities
• Assist the Senior Management;
• Support the telemarketing team by answering the phone and assisting callers with course information;
• Maintain a clean and orderly office environment;
• Bookkeeping activities relevant to the training activities performed;
• Maintain corporate client database using the organisation’s procedures and IT infrastructure

Essential/Desirable Experience
• Experience working in customer/student services
• Data entry
• Telephone enquiries
• Working with VETtrack or similar Student Management System
• Experience working in a RTO organisation
• Experience supporting training delivery activities

• Customer service to VET students
• Australian VET Quality Framework

• Business planning strategies
