ADMINISTRATION AND PAYROLL ASSISTANT

HealthCall, part of Wellways Australia, is a not for profit organisation providing home based services. We have a position available for an enthusiastic and team orientated Administration and Payroll Assistant position at our head office in Pymble. This is a part time permanent role of 32 hours a week.
Our buzzing office is growing and we are looking for a detail oriented, friendly and bubbly Assistant to help manage our office. The primary focus of the position is to provide an office administration to the HealthCall Pymble office and assist with the weekly field staff payroll function when needed.
Specific tasks will include but not be limited to:
Office management: ordering supplies, maintaining keys and Opal cards register, general office duties as needed
Supporting office staff in booking accommodation and flights
Preparing training and marketing materials
Customer service: answering phones, mail, greeting visitors
Payroll: assisting or relieving Payroll Officer when needed with weekly field staff payroll
Our team is supportive, dynamic and committed and will provide you with full on the job training to succeed in this role. The work is fast paced and means you will need to be able to prioritise constantly, work under pressure– both within a team and independently.
