SHIFT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our friendly team of hospitality professionals in a dynamic and busy cafe environment.
In conjunction with the store manager you will be responsible for the daily aspects of providing an exceptional chocolate experience to our customers.
The successful applicants must have:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Shift Supervisor
– A passion and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
– Flexible availabilities including weekends & evenings
– Experience in a fast-paced cafe
– A hard working & enthusiastic attitude
– Excellent customer service skills & the ability to work under pressure
– Excellent communication skills
– A positive attitude & a keen eye for detail
– Experience leading a team
Most importantly you must have a positive "can do" attitude and love working as part of a team!
