ACCOUNT MANAGER - NATIONAL WARRANTY COMPANY

We have an opportunity in our National Warranty Company for an Account Manager to manage the Wollongong and ACT Territory.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business partner relationships with your dealership network providing professional sales expertise on all risk and warranty products offered by NWC, maximising sales as well as focusing on Introducer and policy growth.

Key Accountabilities include:
Regular contact with clients/introducers and potential quality clients
Generating new business opportunities, growing your relationship and account management portfolio on a monthly basis
Carrying out regular reviews of introducer performance and risk profile
Ongoing training of Introducer staff in procedural and regulatory requirements
Maintaining company stationery and promotional items supplies
Entertain prospective clients, principals and staff of introducers

To be successful in this position you will have:
Account Management or Sales experience preferably in the retail finance or insurance network
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
There will also be a requirement to work Saturdays.
