As part of the continued growth and forward direction, the Club now has an opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join the team in this newly created role. The Club are ready to employ a Permanent Part Time Bar Supervisor to report to and support the House Manager and be guided and mentored for succession planning in the future. This role will initially be focused on the employee group; developing a great team and service culture for this venue. You won't be 'bogged down' with paperwork and administration, you will be hands-on, leading, motivating and developing the team to provide a high-level customer service experience across the Beverage department.
The role of a Bar Supervisor is aimed at a multi-talented individual who understands the administration expectations of a licensed Club and has the skills; knowledge and experience to ensure operational excellence and organisation are key priorities. The range of duties is varied and interesting, enabling you to be involved across the business and to make the most of your ability to multi-task. This opportunity is being offered on a Permanent Part Time basis - it will be up to the successful candidate to decide with the House Manager, what suits the needs of the Club best.
Some of the tasks associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing cellar duties
Establishing and maintaining a high quality customer service focus
Maintaining proper control on cash
The Management are looking for someone to commence with the Club ASAP and to grow with the Club over the coming years.
