With continued growth in our Wollongong practice, we are now recruiting an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager.
Your new role: Working with the Partners and senior leadership team, you will oversee the delivery of tax compliance and advisory services to our corporate clients across the Wollongong region. This would include the preparation of tax returns, tax effect accounting calculation and the research, preparation and review of advice. You will contribute to the day-to-day management of our talented team including mentoring, training and career development activities. You will also be involved in continuous improvement and other innovative initiatives to help drive the continued growth of the practice.
You bring to the role:
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Accounting including CA or CPA qualification or Masters of Taxation
Extensive tax compliance and advisory experience in a professional services or reputable mid-tier practice
High level of technical competence in taxation matters and common entity structures
Expert ability to review and prepare income taxation returns
A collaborative attitude and strong relationship building and leadership skills
