About the Role
We are looking for people who are keen to make a positive change. This role involves providing day to day care and supervision to Adolescents and Young People in LWB Residential Care. You will support and promote their individual skills and abilities through activities of daily living. You will be a part of developing, implementing and monitoring their Individual Plans.

Based around the Wollongong Area, you will be working within a Residential setting in a team team to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes in a positive and proactive environment.

Positions are casual with potential to go part time or full time down in the near future. You may be required to work active night shifts in this role.

The Successful Candidate will possess:
Certificate III in Community Welfare or similar
A current Senior First Aid Certificate
A current unrestricted Driver Licence
Ability to work various shifts (sleepover & active nights) throughout the week
Prior knowledge and/or experience working with young people
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
