A new and exciting opportunity exists for the permanent position of Assistant Team Manager, Administration Services within the Administration Services division Coniston. The purpose of this role is to oversee and support team members through the daily allocation of work performed.
Working closely with the Team Manager and deputise when necessary, you will work across your team to provide guidance, information and training to build capability. Your strong communication will be essential, as you will be required to communicate work priorities and expectations to your team and introduce strategies to optimise team performance.
Your commitment to delivering results, with a focus on providing superior customer service will your be essential as you contribute to the design and practical implementation of projects and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery efficiency and effectiveness, and collaborate with other teams to ensure business process consistency and integration.
Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to understand error trends and patterns, you will work to facilitate team self-assessments against agreed indicators, and provide practical input and feedback regarding identified assurance issues.
