The University seeks a visionary and analytically minded leader as Director, Student Services, to head all student-focussed services, from recruitment to graduation, towards the objectives of the University's strategic plan.
The Director, Student Services will lead the Student Services Division which manages and delivers student-focused support and administrative services relating to all aspects of students' engagement with their studies – from prospective student inquiries, through to graduation. Delivering an efficient and transparent end-to-end service effectively requires the Division to seamlessly integrate with all Faculties and Divisions within the University.
The Director is responsible for delivering a student-centric service environment underpinned by a clearly articulated relationship management framework and an aligned people and culture program. The role has accountability for strategic planning of all student lifecycle activity and is the single point of responsibility within the University for key student administrative processes.
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the successful Director must continually seek to understand the needs of the Faculties in relation to the student lifecycle; provide leadership and development to ensure a service culture continues to foster in the division; and demonstrate a commitment to quality and service.
