38 hour week, 9 day fortnight
Salary Range - $52,082pa to $61,250pa + Work vehicle ('to and from' home use)

This fantastic opportunity exists within Council's Built Assets, Maintenance group for an experienced and motivated person to undertake carpentry and maintenance work on Council property and buildings.
The key focus of this role will be to construct, repair and maintain Council facilities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Council's built assets to agreed service levels.
This position will be required to work after hours and weekends on a rostered on-call basis.
This is a permanent role (38 hours per week) and salary for this position is based on skills, experience and qualifications which will range from $52,802 - $61,251pa plus superannuation and includes the use of a Council vehicle for 'to and from home use'.
The successful applicant will have previous relevant experience, excellent communication and customer services skills. In addition, the demonstrated ability to work independently and manage day-to-day workflow is essential.
