Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Store Manager for our NIKE store in Shellharbour, NSW.

The Role:
You will be responsible for creating a customer service focused culture, by providing authentic and distinctive experiences to every customer every day. Your key management duties will include coaching, rostering, recruiting, training, controlling wages and visual merchandising. You must be driven to meet and exceed company Sales and KPI’s.
To be successful in this role you will have:
A solid background and proven experience in retail store management roles
