A family owned childcare business is looking for an experienced Room Leader to join their centre in Belmore. The business is family owned and operated with over 20 years experience within the child care industry.
This small centre of 29 places has a small close knit team that has a play based learning philosophy. They promote a nurturing and friendly environment which helps children learn and make them excited to come to childcare each day.
The right person for this role will have
Minimum of 1 years experience working as a childcare Room Leader
Diploma or overseas equivalent in Children's Services
Excellent written and verbal communication
Solid understanding of the EYLF, NQF, NQS
Valid WWCC
Full time work rights in Australia
