About the role

The role of the Roster Clerk is to facilitate the rostering of respite and in home care services and provide administration support to the Care Solutions Staffing, Care Solutions Client Service and Respite & In Home Care teams.

What we are looking for:

Arrange staffing for booked individual care with consideration of skills, experience and training of available staff members and the needs and preferences of clients and their families.
Ensure that all shifts are filled or that managers are informed promptly of any unfilled shifts.
Maintain rosters to ensure they are kept up to date for the purpose of information required by the after-hours service.
Ensure when rostering staff any specific requirements of the client e.g. behavioral support issues and management strategies are noted and passed onto staff.
Ensure when rostering staff that their skills and training are matched to the client needs e.g. Manual Handling training required for staff who use hoists for client transfers.
Drivers licence and access to a reliable/registered and insured vehicle.
Working with Children Check.
Cleared Criminal Record Check obtained within 12 months.
