This family-owned and operated child care centre is looking for an experienced Director to join their close-knit team of diverse and passionate Educators
The owner prides their business on the personal caring service it provides for its children and their families. The children are loved and protected as if they were relatives and the families love and appreciate that little extra TLC that is given to their children. About the role
The role is for a centre located in South Sydney, full time hours on a permanent contract to start ASAP
As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring all staff across the service. You will ensure that all legislative regulations are being met and that the educational program is of the highest quality. You will also be responsible for administrative duties such as enrolments, communication with families, budgeting, meetings, rostering, etc.
Requirements
A completed early childhood degree or studying towards
Experience in management in an early childhood setting
A thorough understanding of EYLF, NQS and regulations
Able to lead and mentor a team of staff
High quality written and verbal communication skills
