Shared service provider seeking an experienced payable officer.
Your new company
This Parramatta based shared service provider is currently seeking a talented and energetic career Payable s Officer to join their high volume operations. The person we are seeking will have a proven track record of providing accurate, timely, and efficient payment services to the various centres in the NSW region.
Your new role
You'll already have experience using Readsoft scanning technology and SAP . You'll be using the Verify module of Readsoft to process a minimum of 100 invoices / day. You will also need experience using Process Director / Invoice Cockpit with SAP (minimum of 60 invoices / day). You should have a strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable .
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent Communication Skills with Business Units and Vendors. We are looking for a strong Team Player. Prior Government experience is desirable but not essential.
