Responsibilities:
1. Assist chairman processing documents, correspondence, general
manager issuing timely transfer of all types of documents required.
2. Assist in the drafting of correspondence chairman, issued a document,
report, notification, and other comprehensive document.
3. Responsible business critical documents and archives documenting,
archiving and document security classification division of work.
4. Co-ordinate work schedules chairman, general manager and make an
appointment reception staff, according to the work schedule
arrangements and other matters.
5. Good corporate important conference management, tracking
supervision, feedback sessions in all kinds of matters the
implementation of the resolution.
6. The chairman of the Steering assist various departments in time to
fulfill the work program, and timely feedback implementation of the
results of various departments work plan.
7. The process temporary burst of related work.

Qualifications:
1. 25-40 years old, men and women, health, looks correct, good
temperament.
2. The secretary, language, administration and other related professional college degree or above.
3. Have good verbal and writing skills, good long
communication, professionalism and strong, able to withstand the strong pressure of work.
4. The skilled use of modern office software.
5. More than three years of relevant work experience.
