CONTRACT

Our Client is seeking for a Records Officer to join a nationally recognised State Government Department responsible for accurate and efficient management of data and documents within the HPRM and TRIM system. This is a 4 month contract position based in Wollongong.

Key accountabilities

Provision of a range of administrative duties which include document management and processing, data entry, preparation of correspondence covering the scope of; agendas, minutes of meetings
Register, retrieve and archive files in the HPRM and TRIM records management system
Respond to enquiries either by phone, in person or by email, ensuring an accurate and timely response
Work on ad-hoc records projects. Assisting in providing records management advice and support to various stakeholders
To be considered for the role, our client is seeking for a candidate who has a proven track record in the records management/administrative support space with HPRM and TRIM knowledge (must have) and who is able to plan/coordinate activities while being able to meet competing deadlines.
