Cooks and Kitchen Staff
We are looking for experienced cooks and kitchen staff that enjoy working in a busy environment and love working with food.
As a cook you will have a background in short order cooking and café style operations. To be successful in this role you will:
· Have an eye for quality food
· Be organised and systematic in your approach
· Pay attention to presentation and detail
Kitchen staff will have a background assisting in the kitchen with food preparation and will have some cooking experience.
Café All-Rounders/Barista
Impress us with your high standard of customer service! Customer service, cash handling and coffee making are all part of this role. To be successful you will love the hustle and bustle of a busy environment and will enjoy working with people. Experience is highly regarded, however full training is provided. This position will require weekend work, evening work, and a flexible availability.
Full time, Part time and Casual positions are available for both roles.
This is a 7 days operation and weekend work will be required.
Store Manager
We are looking for a Store Manager to fulfill a full-time position, who has experience in the food retail/hospitality industry, who is ready to take that next step in their career. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate candidate who has had management or supervisory experience in a similar busy role, and senior experience working as a barista. In this ‘hands on’ role you will be responsible for managing high volume store operations, including:
A small team of customer service staff
Sales growth
Stock ordering and control
Staff recruitment, selection, and training
Store opening and closing duties
In addition to having experience in a similar role, this position will suit someone who has strong communication skills, a team player and for those who thrive in a bustling and busy environment. Being highly organised, punctual and reliable, plus being able to multi-task, are also key traits needed for this role.
