OUR COMPANY
Caitre’d is “at your service” as your office catering concierge. We find great caterers and sell their catering on our website to our wonderful customers – office managers, personal assistants and receptionists.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Working to support our amazing and awesome Lead Booking Coordinator, you will serve as the contact for customer and caterer communication, from catering enquiry to order feedback. You will man live chat, qualify and direct catering orders to the appropriate caterer, input caterer menus into our custom-built tech platform, propose options to clients, ensure quality control, coordinate logistics, review orders with our caterers, track each delivery, and get customer feedback. You may also be required to attend on-site deliveries for strategic clients as part of our “Caitredette” service.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent spoken English (non-negotiable, you’ll be on the phone a lot)
A positive, can-do attitude and “growth” mindset (look this up! Super important)
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

HIGHLY PREFERRED
Previous hospitality / event management experience
Previous experience in a customer service role and / or in a tech startup
Love of food and events a plus!
