Who is Hometime?
Hometime is a young tech-based property management startup operating within the sharing economy. We’re awesome at managing Airbnb’s and are on our way to becoming Australia’s biggest short term property management company (we have big plans).
We help people make more money from their homes without the effort, so they are free to do the things they want. Being hosts ourselves we know that airbnb isn’t about sharing properties – it’s about sharing homes. What’s the difference? Care. That’s what we do. We provide an amazing service for our hosts, and we go the extra mile that makes guests feel like they’re coming home.
Who We are Looking For
Looking for friendly, reliable and extremely personable people to meet and greet home owners and gather information on homes that we manage through video processes.
A casual role and perfect for people who have a flexible schedule and have a few spare hours in their day.
The job involves going to homes that are coming up for management on airbnb. We manage properties and need to gather information on them for our database.
Only equipment required is a phone that is charged up and can record videos. We will provide you with the rest.
Onboardings can be sporadic as we are a growing business but there are currently about 1-2 per week.
The entire onboarding typically takes 1-2 hours depending on the property size. We pay a flat rate of $100.
Having an ABN is necessary
