CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANTS (FOOD & BEVERAGE) – FULL TIME

We are located in Cammeray and are one of four sites within the NORTHS Group.  Through our recent renovations NORTHS has evolved into a sophisticated and innovative entertainment centre, servicing Sydney’s Lower North Shore Community.

We are looking for an energised, positive professional permanent Customer Service Attendants to join our wonderful multi-skilled team. Full time employees would work an average of 38 hours per week over 4 weeks, and must have full availability over a seven day week.

The Role:

  • Provide efficient and an exceptional  friendly service to our members and guests 
  • Maintaining immaculate service areas
  • Advising our customers on our full range of products and services 
  • Ensure accurate processing of cash and credit card transactions 
  • Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation 
  • Deliver our service standards – Acknowledge, Respect, Engage, Appreciate and Smile
Expectations:
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) Certificates
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full availability over a seven day week, our shifts span from 7am through till 4am
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia 
  • Manual handling abilities are a must, combined with a love of being on your feet
  • Experience within the hospitality industry
