We are currently recruiting to fill an ongoing Volunteering Strategist role within our People & Culture team at State Headquarters.

The role has autonomy in managing day-to-day workload and priorities. The Volunteering Strategist makes
decisions on matters under their direct control. The role contributes to the development of volunteer workforce
strategic plans and delivers workforce planning activities.
The role has discretion in managing initiatives and resources to deliver workforce planning activities and defers
to the manager on more sensitive or complex matters or those with political ramifications.
The NSW State Emergency Service supports thousands of highly skilled and dedicated volunteers throughout the State.

Total Remuneration Package: $110,697. Package includes salary ($90,215 p.a – $99,862 p.a), employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
