About the role

The role of the Campaign Coordinator is to undertake implementation, management and reporting of all advertising campaigns through the VAMP digital platform, whilst maximising revenue through the retention and growth of existing customer accounts. Assisting internal stakeholders, working with external suppliers and delivering an impeccable customer experience will be key priorities in this role.

Campaign Management

Building & managing campaign briefs directly with clients. This will include:

Major established Australian companies
Leading Advertising Agencies
Small to Medium start-ups
Implementation and ongoing management of all campaigns through:

Stock control, coding and freight management
Tracking product to delivery destination
Assigning and tracking results on social media
Monitoring and building reports throughout campaign periods
Responsible for talent payments
Management of master plan of campaign activity to ensure that individual campaigns dovetail effectively without duplication or over-exposure whilst still achieving individual campaign objectives
Customer Management

Understand the customer’s objectives and build suitable and successful marketing campaigns through the VAMP platform
Develop and manage customer relationships to achieve retention and growth targets of existing accounts
Understand the customer’s objectives and decision making processes
Work closely with customers to determine their present and future campaign needs
Propose suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue
Understand service level requirements for varying sized customers
Maintain all customer information and data within the CRM
Review and approve invoices, ensuring invoices accurately capture all relevant charges
Adhere to debtors management procedures and promptly follow up slow-paying customers
Participate in post campaign reporting presentations
Campaign Reporting

Daily reporting will need to be undertaken throughout the entire campaign period. This will include:

Recording influencer post engagement
Client account engagement
Archiving influencer pictures and key associated comments
Build presentations based on campaign results and key reporting metrics
Deliver face to face campaign activity presentations
Other Details

We are looking for 2 candidates for a Paid Contract Campaign Coordinator role for a 1 month trial period, with the view to hiring 1 candidate full-time at the end of the 1 month trial.
We are ideally looking for a graduate from an accredited College/University in a relevant field (i.e. Advertising, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
Experience in using Apple Mac
Applicants must be locally based residents. We are based in Circular Quay, Sydney
