SALES/CUSTOMER SUCCESS
HotDoc is a healthtech startup based in Melbourne. We help Australians medical centres engage their patients through web-based technology. We’re passionate about building products that have real impact on patient lives and improve the sustainability of Australian healthcare.
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to work alongside our Customer Success team. You will be responsible for maximising the value of our existing customer accounts through upsales, marketing initiatives and referral programs.
Responsibilities
Convert leads from Customer Success team into upsells
Perform engaging remote demonstrations or our solution to multiple medical centre stakeholders
Implement A/B tested marketing campaigns across client base
Use analytics to help identify strong customer leads and automate an effective upsales process
Work alongside Marketing to develop and share successful customer stories
Identify and leverage happy customers as a future referral base
Required Skills
Good, ethical person
At least 2 years experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS
Top 10% of performers in previous Sales roles
Proven ability to build long lasting relationships
Capacity to explain a complex concept in simple terms
Fire in the belly
Desired Skills
Account Management or Customer Success experience in SaaS
Experience working with Hubspot, Intercom or other common Customer Success tools
Knowledge of the Australian healthcare industry
