WORKFORCE ANALYSIS OFFICER

Our client is a well established and respected Government organisation looking for an experienced and dedicated Workforce Analysis Officer. This role demands an exceptional individual and highly organised professional.
The primary purpose of this role is to investigate and analyse data to allow the organisation to report on gender equity, specifically relating to remuneration. The position will be responsible for analysing and interpreting Job Descriptions and matching the roles and functions outlined in the job descriptions against job family categories from adopted structures. As part of this role, There will be data cleansing and configuration within payroll systems.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Identify Job Family categories for positions within WCC through
Job Description Analysis
Analysis of Job Family Model and match to relevant position
Communicate with business managers and other key stakeholders
HR/Payroll system, data entry and data cleansing of redundant information
Essential criteria:
Excellent demonstrated analytical skills
Outstanding demonstrated investigative skills
Be able to effectively consult with business managers and other key stakeholders
Experience using excel, specifically sorting, filtering and managing large data sets
Experience using a HR/Payroll system or similar syste
Current drivers licence
Ability to be pro-active and able to work autonomously under limited direction
Police clearance or ability to complete this
Desirable criteria:
Previous experience in interpreting Job Descriptions
Previous experience with Role Profiling or Position Profiling/Evaluation
