GENERAL ADMINISTRATION & BOOK KEEPING ASSISTANT
We are an international creative thinking and innovation consultancy with an office in Manly requiring apart-time general administration and book keeping assistant.
Some previous experience in accounting strongly recommended, but not essential. Role is perfect for an accounting and/or commerce student looking for experience in a company that operates as a small business but has international reach, and who wishes to work on the side of study as will be flexible weekday hours (between 1-3 days a week depending on time of year).
Tasks include keeping financial records up to date, assisting with invoicing clients, filing and organising financial records etc. Preferred attributes are excellent organisation skills, a flair for numbers and a positive and friendly attitude.
A bonus is an understanding of the Xero accounting system.
