An opportunity exists to join the Front Office team at the Park Regis Concierge Apartments (StayWell Hospitality Group) located in Cremorne. We currently have a position available for Casual work as a Guest Service Agent.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, you can look forward to being a part of daily hotel operations. This will include ensuring a seamless guest service experience, maintaining hotel security, problem solving, dealing with guest complaints and working as part of a team aiming to maximise the profitability and occupancy of the hotel.
Essential Requirements:
The successful candidate will already have spent time working as a Guest Service Agent in hotels. Experience is a compulsory requirement for this position.

• Previous experience in cash handling and customer service
• Attention to detail
Desired Requirements:
• Experience in a Managed Letting Rights (Trust Accounting) environment.
• Hirum Property Management System
• Immediate start
• Basic level of mathematic / accounting skills
The applicant will be required to work mornings, afternoons and weekends on a rotating roster; flexibility in rosters can be discussed.
