We’ve spent the last year trying to work out how - and working on the technology that analyses not only job ads but also candidates hired and previous hiring patterns - down to specific roles and companies - so that we can give you more information about what you need to have in your profile/CV to get on the shortlist.

So now, when any job on Workible is de-activated, if you’ve applied you’ll get an email showing you what you might be missing and also how you compared to shortlisted candidates - and with recommendations about what you might be able to do about it.

Over the coming months, you’ll be able to go over previous jobs too - and also see what you need even BEFORE you apply for a job. Cool, huh?
