About the Role
As an Employment Broker you will engage with local community organisations and employers to facilitate positive employment outcomes for Job Seekers. The role will require travel within the Illawarra area. (Corrimal – Kiama).
About You
To be successful in this role you will have;
– Superior influencing and negotiation skills
– Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
– Experience screening job seekers and preparing them for interview
– Proven ability to generate business
– Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
– A current full Australian Drivers licence – essential
