Day-in-a-Life of our Partnerships Managers

The Partnerships Manager is an important role that takes BlueChilli’s awesome innovation programs to our corporate partners.

This is enterprise selling, but for our corporate client relationships, sales isn’t the right word. We build partnerships.

The objective of the role is to work with new and existing corporate partners to address their need for innovation and disruption, using BlueChilli’s proven service offerings.

Above all else, we’re looking for people with high levels of:

– Persistence: you’ll fail before you succeed!

– EQ and people skills: we are solving real problems for real people!

– Creative thinking: using your imagination to solve problems is key!

Typical tasks:

Preparing presentations and decks that clearly communicate the purpose and direction of our corporate program to potential partners.

The ability to translate abstract client needs into actionable solutions.

An open mind and patience. Some of the partners we work with are still getting use to doing things differently. We want to make sure we are taking people through the journey.

Confidence that you can take a new client through the sales cycle with no or little support.

Empathic – You can understand and articulate other points of view, even if you don’t agree with them.

It would be extra awesome if you also had…
