CONCRETE PLANT MANAGER
The role
We are currently looking to appoint a focused and motivated Concrete Plant Manager. You will have an opportunity to make a difference and become part of an energetic and fast moving business with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Operations Manager this position will be responsible for managing our concrete plant located at Dapto NSW.
Responsibilities
Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained
Provide leadership and guidance to a small dedicated team
Meet budgeted sales targets
Plant maintenance
Ensure a high level of customer service
Implement prevention maintenance and operational plans
Assist with strategic development of our business
What you will need to succeed
Industry experience especially in regards to the management of concrete plant advantage
Strong health safety and environment focus
Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills
Encourage a collaborative team environment
Sound computer literacy skills

Our concrete plants service south east Queensland, Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan markets and northern New South Wales. We have strategic aggregate reserves west of Sydney, in northern New South Wales and Queensland.
