IF YOU'RE A JOBSEEKER WITH AN OPINION – WE WANT YOU AT OUR NEXT TEST FEST!
As a Workible user, your feedback is invaluable to us! Our founders started Workible because they were frustrated job seekers who said, "There has got to be a better way to find the right job for me!" And it's keeping our jobseeker perspective constantly in mind that drives how we improve Workible's technology like the personalised feedback for every application introduced last year.
Within Workible HQ, the entire team — tech and non-tech — hold what we call "test fests" regularly to review the Workible website and app (usually accompanied by pizza, candy, a few soft drinks and a few more beers). But sometimes we're wayyy too close to our own technology to pick up on the things that you as a user would experience or see as a big improvement.
So, we're opening up our Test Fests once a month to invite people like you, our users, to join us in going through the Workible experience on the web and the app to look for ways to improve it. Plus, we'll work with each of our "testers" to personally help them improve their Workible profiles so you have the best opportunity to find the job you actually want.
To be a good tester, you just need to be a jobseeker with an opinion! We're looking for people who can dish out constructive criticism and see opportunities and solutions, not just problems. We want big thinkers who can also be realistic and practical.
This isn't a paid position and it's only one two hour session.
Did we mention there will be free pizza and beer?
We only have places for 16 people so if you'd like to join us for our next Test Fest on the 8th of March from 5pm – 7pm at Workible HQ in Sydney CBD, please apply with your updated Workible profile and a Cover Letter detailing:
1. When, why and how you signed up to Workible.
2. What kind of laptop or smartphone do you have? *It's not necessary to have either to participate
3. What you love most about Workible?
4. If we could add anything that would truly make a difference to your job search, what would it be?
