ABORIGINAL EMPLOYMENT STRATEGY OFFICER

As an integral part of the Human Resources team, you’ll provide knowledge and expertise that is critical to the success of UOW’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment Strategy.

The Aboriginal Employment Strategy Officer will develop, monitor and evaluate employment initiatives that support our strategic goals on an ongoing basis. Working closely with the campus community, you’ll identify and drive Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, produce high quality written material such as reports, grant applications, briefings to management and content for the Indigenous Employment Strategy, and provide guidance and mentoring to participants in trainee and cadet programs.
