We’re looking for people that love a yarn, can strike up a conversation with anyone and can talk the ear off a brass monkey!
ABOUT US:
Taskforce Australia is a national trades and service provider. We run two national trades and services networks which will soon be unified within one system.
Our target market is HUGE and as a result, there are incredible opportunities for someone to get their start within sales.
The existing team is a group of hard workers, dedicated to making our brands and members successful. Our small but expanding staff love a laugh and have built a great team culture based on encouragement and assisting each other to get that sale across the line when needed.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a phone based sales role, following up both cold and warm leads across both of our networks and signing them up to one of Membership options.
Our experienced team will assist in training and troubleshooting you through the process of sales and our systems. We’ll ensure you have all the tools necessary to run a successful sales desk and will provide ongoing training to ensure you continuously have the ability to up your game.
Phone based sales (85%)
Account management (10%)
General administration (5%)
This is a Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm role.
ABOUT YOU:
You’ve got a knack for talking to people at their level whether they’re well-spoken or speak mainly in slang and catch phrases. You can cut through the small talk to discuss the real issues at hand and you have no fear of asking for the sale!
While successful sales experience would be great, we’re more interested in your ability to adapt to the people you talk to and your willingness to help build a brand into a household name.
