CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are welcomed to Australia in the best possible manner, maximising sales along the way. You will have a sound understanding of the sales process and some great ideas that may be transferrable from the retail sector into a sales driven tourism business.

Key Position Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service
Driving sales across all avenues – walk ins, email and phone
Effectively upselling JUCY Ltd products
Providing accurate and up to date information to JUCY customers
Ensuring JUCY Ltd vehicles meet our high quality and safety checks prior to dispatch
