MANAGER, COMMERCIAL LEASING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

The Innovation Campus is a centre of Australian innovation and research excellence combining A-Grade commercial property with a number of UOW’s leading research institutes turning pure innovation into applied commercial ventures.
The Innovation Campus’s Commercial Developments Unit (CDU) manages a range of strategic commercial development projects as well as developing, maintaining and implementing operational and capital management plans for the Innovation Campus and other UOW projects as required.
The position of Manager, Commercial Leasing and Business Development is responsible for all commercial leasing and business development functions including sourcing, attracting, negotiating and converting potential commercial tenancy prospects. The position is also responsible for reviewing and negotiating all commercial tenancy transactions and agreements, interfacing with legal, accounts and finance, project development, marketing and other commercial leasing and business development consultants and representatives.
The role is focussed on contributing to the successful delivery of the CDU’s commercial, business development and associated marketing and commercial engagement activities.
